Mr Alok Srivastava, has 15 years of experience in social development research. He is a trained Development Programme Evaluator from The World Bank and Carleton University (Canada) and holds a post graduation in Rural Development and Management. He has been involved in a number of research and evaluation studies in the area of education, employment and livelihood, labour including child labour, and governance. Alok is a resource person on using Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) techniques for M&E of development programmes and qualitative data analytical software (QSR NVIVO 8). |

Ms. Paramita Dasgupta,has about 14 years of experience in Development Communication and Social Research. She has two Master Degrees to her credit (Environmental Planning from SPA, New Delhi (Gold Medalist); and Geography from Presidency College Calcutta). Her forte is designing and implementing social communication research in the Indian context. She has also been involved in analyzing media content for social issues specifically to do with MCH and HIV/AIDS. She is also trained in participatory monitoring & evaluation techniques. |
