The Academy launched its in-house training programme for CMS staff development in September 2011. These customized workshops focused on addressing the specific skill development needs of CMS staff. Workshops were conducted on topics like Risk and Communication, Motivation, Planning, developing listening skills, letter drafting and English language. This ongoing program is an attempt to ensure CMS creatively enhances its staff’s ability to deliver high quality work to its clients. Efforts are being made to do systematic documentation of these workshops so that our experiments could be replicated by other similar organizations for their internal staff development.
